CHAMBER MUSIC IN SHEFFIELD AND DERBYSHIRE

4 strings88keys is run by volunteers who aim to promote the performance of chamber music in Sheffield and Derbyshire

We organise chamber music weekends for string players and pianists that include master classes, tutored ensemble playing, individual lessons and a celebrity recital

We also run an annual day for cellists.

Our artistic director is the renowned cellist Bernard Gregor-Smith, formerly cellist with the Lindsays and currently with the Dante Quartet

Our tutors are distinguished performers from the international circuit who provide the first-rate teaching that they offer to their own specialist students.
